Studio co-owner and NPCP Certified Pilates Instructor. Dawn specializes in training clients that are just out of physical therapy, but not quite ready for group fitness classes. She has been teaching Pilates since 2001, and what started out as a hobby, has now become her passion.

In 1999, Michael became a Certified Personal Trainer through Baylor College of Medicine's PFIT program.  

He became a certified Pilates Instructor in 2002, and has enjoyed doing what he loves alongside his best friend ever since.

PHI Instructor in mat and reformer, Patty started taking Pilates in 2008, and she quickly saw the positive impact the program had on her life.  She enjoyed the benefits of better flexibility and increased core strength.  

AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, Amy specializes in functional strength training that allows clients to become stronger while maintaining flexibility and range of motion.
From her youth she participated and led fitness/dance classes, making it her mission to share her enthusiasm for movement with others. 

Michelle is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University, and daughter of HLU owners, Michael and Dawn.

She is PHI certified and has been teaching pilates for 3 years.

Her true passion is comprehensive healthy living, and she is so excited to continue advancing her education and teaching career.
